With 20 years of dedicated real estate experience exclusively at Juniper Ridge RV Resort, LK brings unmatched community knowledge and authentic passion to the team. Born in upstate New York in 1945, he built a successful career as a software engineer before discovering a true calling in real estate. After moving to Phoenix with his spouse Lee in 1989, LK earned his real estate license in 1990 and found his forever home at Juniper Ridge in 2003.

An avid outdoorsman who once spent four glorious months RV camping and fishing through Alaska (with plenty of bear encounters!), LK truly understands the RV lifestyle and active retirement our community offers. The very day he returned from that Alaska adventure—September 15, 2005—LK sold his first Juniper Ridge property and hasn't looked back since. A devoted family person with two sons, LK lives the same 55+ mountain lifestyle that makes our resort so special.
